Frequently asked questions about our pricing plans

What is an electronic signature?

An electronic signature is recognised under both international and Australian law as having the same effect as a handwritten signature. Its purpose is to capture the intent of the signer to be bound by the terms and conditions of the electronic document.

Can I cancel my account at any time?

Yes. If you have subscribed to one of our monthly plans, you can do it anytime directly in the administrative portal. Please note that it will become effective at the end of your one-month billing period. For example, if your subscription started at March 15 and you cancelled at April 1, you'll still be able to use EduSign Pro up until April 14. Cancellations of annual plans must be administered within five days of commencement to avoid incurring additional monthly charges, see here for more details.  The Enterprise plans come with contracts which specify (in detail) how cancellation works.

How quickly can I expect your support team to reply?

Response time is within a few hours during business hours. 

What is a transaction?

A transaction is either a completed signature or acknowledgement.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept MasterCard and Visa.

What is included in the trial?

Everything! There are no limitations in terms of functionality but during the trial period only 3 transactions are permitted.

Do I need a credit card to start the trial?

Nope! Just give us your name, your email and the name of your company and we're good to go.

What happens after my 14-day trial ends?

After 14 days we will ask you to select your new plan. You will have a choice between the basic and corporate plans. If you're a large organisation or charitable organisation, special plan options may apply. Talk to us, we're eager to provide a plan that suits your needs.
